L\u2019objectif de retour \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale repose notamment sur la r\u00e9duction du d\u00e9ficit de la branche maladie. Les efforts en ce sens incluent une baisse du prix du m\u00e9dicament. Si le d\u00e9remboursement a pour effet direct de diminuer la d\u00e9livrance des traitements, il faut cependant prendre en compte les \u00e9ventuels reports vers des classes th\u00e9rapeutiques toujours rembours\u00e9es.
\nL\u2019exemple des AASAL constitue un cas int\u00e9ressant d\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019impact d\u2019un d\u00e9remboursement de m\u00e9dicament.
\nEn travaillant sur les donn\u00e9es de l\u2019\u00c9chantillon G\u00e9n\u00e9raliste des B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires (EGB) et incluant des donn\u00e9es du Programme de M\u00e9dicalisation des Syst\u00e8mes d\u2019Information (PMSI), RCTs a con\u00e7u le design de l’\u00e9tude visant \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l’impact du d\u00e9remboursement des ASAAL au moyen de ces donn\u00e9es secondaires.<\/p>\n

Trois p\u00e9riodes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9es et ont conduit \u00e0 \u00e9tudier respectivement 19 345, 20 066, et 16 200 patients sur chacune d\u2019entre elles.
