The RCTs team was entrusted with the management of the PRONOMOS study (PROphylaxis in NOn Major Orthopaedic Surgery), an international, multicenter, randomized, double‑blind, Phase IIIb controlled trial.
In this large‑scale clinical study, 3,604 patients were randomized across 128 active sites in 10 countries, all coordinated by the RCTs team. We also supervised the purchase and packaging of the comparator and its placebo, and organized the meetings of the adjudication committee and the DSMB.
